Founding Team
Our team consists of professionals each with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in Bulgaria, having worked with both large international teams and seed level startups. We understand and know how the IT market in Bulgaria works, what is realistic, and we will work together with you to set achievable goals and then track them until completion.

One of our founders, Milen, has been involved in multiple small- to large-scale team setup operations and has extensive experience working with companies from different EU states and the US.

Milen is a certified Agile coach and Agile Transformation Leader who is keenly interested in team dynamics, identifying and hiring the right talent, and making sure a newly formed team reaches high performance as quickly as possible.
